An addictive take on traditional Lebanese style turnip pickles. These one are more tangy, crunchy and chalked full of fermented goodness.

Nothing is tastier on rice, noodles, a sandwich or your favourite sausage. Many ferment lovers add ferments to their morning eggs, on top on a salad in lieu of dressing, or as a garnish on steak and chicken. Also great as a side or right out of the jar.

Ingredients: organic turnips, organic beets, grey sea salt
